Post Q&A and the official site

This is a great site!
Lots of people around to help and answer questions. This site offers **MUCH** more information than the official GW site. Which makes me wonder why Arenanet is giving so little information about the game. Their Q&A section is very small. No forum to ask questions. I dont understand. A good website is the entrance for actually buying and playing a game. And this is worth a better site!
So keep the good work going, we need it and we appreciate it

well if they add a forum to there site it will be attached to the server and cause server problems so why not let a third party do this for them

now the only problem i see is how do they get customer feed back unless they visit this site or other fan sites

I think it would be nice if ArenaNet helped cover the costs of running this site. Well, I don't know if they do or not, but seems to me from things I've read that they don't.

Actually they do read these fan sites, and post in them fairly frequently. Gaile Grey works for ArenaNet and you will find her posts throughout the site.

As most Beta players remember, ANet is incredibly active in visiting other forums and gathering feedback.

All through the beta process they were figuring out what the players liked and didn't like, and adjusting things to work better. Each BWE we could expect to log in and see changes made based on our feedback.

yes im sure they do just liek all other games. but to have a area here or there or anywhere that can provided a area where we can just suggest additions or remval of stuff would make it easier for them

the only thing i would like to have ingame is a ingame email service

Its always possible to contact Arenanet support for problems. But yes, a support forum there would be better. Its always good when people get the feeling something is done. Not to mention player feedback. I think many people are wondering if Arenanet reads problems posted here. Its good to hear they do. It would be even better if they show they do
